This waterproof eyebrow pencil allows you to fill in gaps and sparse areas, creating a beautiful shape, depth, and even color. The WBCo eyebrow pencil features a precise tip on one end and a brush on the other for softening lines and achieving a natural finish. 

How to Use

Draw fine strokes with the pencil in the direction of hair growth and gradually build up the color intensity. Then brush through the brows with the spoolie to soften the lines and blend the transitions. For perfectly groomed brows, we recommend using the pencil in combination with WBCo Soap Brows.
